We have a 14-day policy to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Shipment costs will be at own expense.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded the amount within 10 business days.

Incorrect Address Information
If you've entered an incorrect address, please reach out to us promptly. In many cases, we can still correct this error. However, if the package has already been shipped, we won't be able to make changes. Please keep us updated, and we'll do our best to ensure your package is delivered.
If the package is returned to us, we can resend it to the correct address. Additional shipping charges will apply for resending. If you choose to cancel a returned shipment due to an incorrect address, we'll refund the purchase price minus the shipping costs.
Allergic reactions
We understand that experiencing an allergic reaction is concerning. However, once a product has been used, it cannot be returned. An allergic reaction does not qualify as a reason for a return or refund. Additionally, for reasons related to health safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns on products where the seal has been broken after delivery. We are, however, committed to helping you find products that are more compatible with your skin. To prevent future allergic reactions, we suggest consulting with a dermatologist for an allergy test. This will give you a better understanding of what ingredients to avoid when purchasing skincare products.
